You influenced me through !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! to bring out just about every Lego set I have for one giant layout! This is probably the first and only time all my Legos have been reassembled whole (more or less, pieces get lost over time after all) and displayed together.

I had that police kit with the 4x4 and roadblocks and the semi-truck kit when I was a kid. Those were neat sets.

The little go-kart/F1 cars also seem familiar to me, and pretty sure I had the pizzeria kit as well.

Cool nostalgia trip.

Kinja'd!!!

You’re making me want to go play with legos. I got this in 1995(not my pic), the plane is still together, it was one of my favorite lego sets.

I had those police cars you have by the Shell station.

I also had this set:

I think I still have most of the pieces (the big question mark would be whether or not I still have the roadway). The box was really cool too as it had a plastic liner with a bunch of little compartments which made it really hand for storing all kinds of little things.

It mostly stood out in my mind for the large unique pieces it had along with this little fire boat:

The bottom and top parts to the boat were super cool even If I could never come up with a use for them outside of building a boat. Also the entire set floated!

Omg, flashback galore. That police boat was one of my faves.

I have that bridge set too! I think I remember opening it for the first time on my father’s side grandparents (rip) living room floor one birthday or christmas.

Daender also seems to have some of the same stuff I have.

Mine is mostly newer stuff and I’m more of a Technic fan.

From left to right, a homemade crawler thing, the F40, Batmobile thing, a walking thing, GT3, london bus, VW bus, VW bug, and the delorean sticking out on the far right.

Love the suspension on that crawler!

It doesn’t have the most travel in the world, but it does keep the weight more centered. Most of mine in the past have used those bendy parts as leaf springs.

My childhood LEGO collection went to one of my nephews, and now much of it is coming back to my son. Pretty awesome...

The boat uprights could be used to make Superbird wings on cars. ;)
